Pat Stack

Technical Field & Sales Specialist

Pat Stack has over thirteen
years of experience with Seiler Instrument Company. Pat has become the go-to person

for his knowledge and expertise in the use of Faro® Scanning, Trimble® Mapping and
Scanning equipment along with Real Works and Autodesk Software.

Pat has attended and successfully completed several Trimble 3D Laser training seminars at Trimble
Navigation headquartered in Westminster Colorado. Additionally, Pat Stack has presented over
the years at several regional Land Survey Conferences such as Missouri Society of Professional

Land Surveyors, Illinois Professional Land Surveyors as well as Professional Surveyors Association

of Nebraska.

Pat specializes in integrating field data into Autodesk products to streamline the processes and

guiding users in the most efficient use of their equipment and software. Prior to joining Seiler,

Pat had over ten years in civil engineering drafting experience utilizing AutoCAD, Softdesk and

Land Desktop. Pat has assisted in numerous onsite 3D Scanning analyses with several local

and regional firms such as Fred Weber, Thouvenot Wade and Moerchen, Woolpert, David Mason

and Associates, and MoDOT.

Chad Voss
Survey/GPS/Robotics/Scanning/Construction - Sales Specialist

Chad Voss is a native of Denison, Iowa and graduated from Northwest Missouri State University

in 1996 with a degree in Geography/Geology. He has been involved in the surveying equipment

and supplies industry since 1999. He opened the Seiler Instrument office in Omaha in 2005.

His interests include golfing, fishing, hunting, camping and snowmobiling.

Chad is a point man for one of the most exciting technologies to emerge in surveying in recent

years; that of Trimble’s Virtual Reference Stations (VRS) for Real Time Kinematic (RTK) GNSS
surveys.

Seiler Instrument Company has been a pioneer in VRS networks in the Midwest, beginning with

the private, cooperative MWRTK network. This experience led them to facilitating and constructing
state wide Real Time Networks for the Missouri Department of Transportation and the Wisconsin

Department of Transportation. They are in the process of merging our MWRTK network in Illinois

with Trimble’s VRS Now network.

Nathan Watermeier is the GIS Coordinator for the State of Nebraska housed in the Office

of the CIO. His role is working with the Nebraska Information Technology Commission’s

GIS Council to advocate, manage and administer strategic plans, standards, and operational

and technical policies as it relates to GIS. He will be coordinating shared service initiatives

and administer an enterprise-wide state government environment and data sharing activities

involving geospatial technologies, geodatabases and web services.

The majority of his career was spent at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio where

he was the Program Director for the Ohio Geospatial Program. He led the organization and

various teams in the development of a geospatial and information systems infrastructure for
supporting research and technology transfer activities. His specialized research and instructional

training focused on GIS, remote sensing, mobile global positioning systems (GPS), and spatial

analysis techniques on various agriculture, water management, and environmental topics. He is

most noted for leading the development of a nation-wide geographic information data management
system for type A influenza virus bio-security surveillance program for the USDA National

Research Institute. Overall, his program accumulated over $10 million dollars in external support

for technology development and education through USDA, National Science Foundation, NASA,

and private funds. He spent time in private industry as a Director of Market Research and Site Selection

for a commercial real estate developer locating and purchasing properties across the U.S. for senior

living housing using geospatial technologies. He also served as the Dean of Communications,

Information Technology, Construction, and Electronics Divisions at Southeast Community College.

There he provided leadership for 13 academic programs with over 50 faculty including the information

technologies, CADD, land survey, and civil engineering programs.
